# Ancana

> Ancana sells co-ownership of fully managed luxury vacation homes. Buyers purchase a fractional share of a specific property — typically one of several equal shares — which grants them deeded ownership plus an allocated number of weeks per year. Ancana handles furnishing, maintenance, staffing and scheduling. Some homes are also offered as whole-ownership purchases.
